Support If you are unable to find the answers you need in the SiteMajic Online Manual, please follow these steps:
- Go to your website
- Log in to administration mode
- Move your mouse to the Support Tab
- Click on Support via email
- Complete the form with your question
Once you submit your question, an email will be sent to the SiteMajic support team. Please be aware a support incident fee could be charged if your question does not focus on a technical problem.
Report a Problem If you are experiencing technical issues with your website, ie. error report, please follow these steps:
- Go to your website
- Log in to administration mode
- Move your mouse to the Support Tab
- Click on Report a Problem
- Complete the form. The more information you provide, including the page name and actual error message, the faster the problem can be resolved.
Once you submit your problem, an email will be sent to the SiteMajic support team. Please be aware a support incident fee could be charged if your question does not focus on an actual technical problem.
Emergency Support Emergency Support is a fee-based phone support service. If you encounter a problem and need immediate assistance, please call:

This service is available 24/7. Our agents will dispatch your call and either patch you through to an emergency support partner or they will call you back within minutes. The fee for this service is $65.00 per incident.
Only use this service if you require IMMEDIATE SUPPORT. An invoice will be automatically issued to your site.
